Join us for a joyous weekend as we celebrate the 25th Anniversary of KRST Universal Temple!
The festivities begin with a Roast & Toast in honor of Nana Gloria Swindler Boutte on Saturday, April 12, where we will reflect on her remarkable contributions with laughter, love, and gratitude. **This is a ticketed fundraiser event. See registration details below.** Supporting Temple programming and community collaborations.
Then, on Sunday, April 13, we welcome you to Friends and Family Day—an opportunity to explore how our ancestors worshipped God and how their wisdom can uplift our lives and communities today. Join us at Krst Universal Temple for Sunday worship service at 10 a.m., online or in-person.
The celebrations will be held at the Drs. Diaspora Community Center, 3029C McNaughton, Columbia, SC 29223, and we invite you to dress in African attire to honor our rich heritage. Nana Gloria Swindler Boutte, Ph.D., a Carolina Distinguished Professor at the University of South Carolina, has dedicated her scholarship to equity pedagogies and serves on the Elders Council at the Temple. Don’t miss this inspiring weekend of culture, reflection, and community!
